Mr. Madapati Ramachandra Rao is the Chairman of Srifin. Mr. Rao is an expert in retail financial services with over 35 years of experience and holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani (BITS-Pilani).

Mr. Rao’s last assignment was as Executive Vice Chairman of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (“BFIL”) and prior to that, Mr. Rao was the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (formerly known as SKS Microfinance). SKS Microfinance was a fledgling operation when Mr. Rao joined in 2006 with less than 100 branches and 3 lakhs borrowers.

Mr. Rao scaled up the operations enabling SKS Microfinance to be the largest Private Sector Micro Finance Institution in the globe with 5 million borrowers, 2500 branches, and 25 000 staff. Mr. Rao spearheaded the operations during the AP MFI crisis and played a pivotal role in the management team that turned around SKS Microfinance post the AP MFI crisis. He re-engineered the MFI operating model to align with ‘responsible lending norms’ replete with customer protection initiatives and leveraged the benefit of robust tech applications to result in ‘ease of business’ for customers. Mr. Rao now spends part of his time on mentoring new age tech and financial services units and Founders.

Geoffrey Tanner Woolley, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science in business management from Brigham Young University and master of business administration from the University of Utah. He co-founded Dominion Ventures, European Venture Partners (now known as Kreos Capital), and has invested debt and equity in over 400 companies, including Ciena, Coinstar, Hotmail, andHuman Genome Science.

Mr. Woolley has been involved in frontier market venture capital investing since he joined Unitus Labs as a board member in 2001. He the Founding GP of Unitus Equity Fund, the first commercially focused micro finance equity investment fund, as well as Unitus Capital, the first investment bank focused on serving social enterprises throughout Asia. Since its launch, Unitus Equity Fund and its successor Elevar Equity have raised four funds totaling nearly $400 million, while Unitus Capital has successfully arranged over $3 billion in debt and equity financing for social enterprises. In 2011, Geoff co-founded Patamar Capital (formerly Unitus Impact), a frontier markets venture capital firm with the mission of unlocking better economic opportunities for Asia's low-income communities.

Mr. Woolley is currently on the Board of Datasigns Technologies, Kinara Capital, Samhita Community Development Services and Lawrencedale Agro Processing.

Rajender Mohan Malla, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a post graduate degree in commerce, masters in business administration, and a post-graduation diploma in national management programme. He has over 46 years of experience in Banking Sector. He has been a member of the Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He started his professional career as a banker in 1975 as an assistant manager at Syndicate Bank and subsequently was the Chairman and Managing Director of IDBI Bank. Post retirement, he was appointed as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of PTC India Financial Services Limited, a subsidiary of PTC India Limited for about two years till May 2015. During his career spanning 45 years in the Banking Industry, Mr. Malla held top and significant decision-making positions in Banks, Financial Institutions & NBFCs in India viz., IDBI Bank Limited, SIDBI, IFCI, PTC India Financial Services Limited, IDBI (asDevelopment Financial Institution) and Syndicate Bank.

Mr. Malla is currently on the Board of Filatex India, Indosolar, Waaree Technologies, Metro Tyres, Waaree Energies, Mumbai International Airport, Navi Mumbai International Airport, Nextgen Telesolutions, Share Microfin, Adani Capital and Centillion Finance.

Vivek Dave brings over 19 years of experience in the Microfinance Industry and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Agribusiness Management from Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management, Pune.

He began his career as an Area Manager with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (“BFIL”), gaining extensive field experience across multiple states. He was later elevated to Regional Manager during BFIL’s exponential growth phase, when the institution emerged as a global leader in microfinance. Subsequently, he transitioned to the Corporate Office, where he played a pivotal role in implementing Lean Six Sigma practices across the organization. He also spearheaded the design and deployment of an automated Credit Rule Engine — a pioneering initiative in the MFI industry. His most recent assignment was as Head – Risk Management, overseeing Enterprise Risk for BFIL (a subsidiary of IndusInd Bank) with an AUM of approximately ₹30,000 crore.

Mr. Dave has been associated with the Company since its inception and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, where he proved to be a pivotal contributor to the organization’s growth. In recognition of his high-value contribution, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication, he has now been promoted to Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Somasundaram Dilli Raj, is the corporate Advisor of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Vivekananda College, Chennai and Masters in Business Administration from the Central University of Pondicherry. He has mor than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, policy advocacy and corporate tax planning. He has consummated joint venture deals with global companies. His last assignment was as President – Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (formerly known as SKS Microfinance).

He joined SKS in 2008 when it was a small unlisted NBFC. As the then CFO, he prepared SKS for its IPO over 1 ½ years by establishing a strong Financial System with Digital CMS, Audit Quality Improvement, robust Financial Reporting, ERP implementation and Diversified Investor Base & Credit Grantors pool. SKS’s IPO, first for the Indian MFI sector was oversubscribed by 13.6X at $ 1.5 bn. SKS became the first MFI to issue mainstream financial instruments like CPs, NCDs, Rated Pass-through certificates, Mosaic and raised incremental debt exceeding ₹25,000 crores during his tenure.

SKS’s financial system withstood the pressure of AP MFI crisis. SKS stood outside CDR and still met all financial obligations in a timely manner. Share price increased from ₹55 to ₹1,000 + post the turnaround in which he played a strategic role via outreach with Key Policy Makers & Regulators. SKS repositioned itself as BFIL with growth in Reputation capital.

Pulivarthi Venkata Kalyana Chakrawarthy is a seasoned Fund Raiser with over 24 years of experience, specializing in debt fund mobilization. His core competency lies in Debt Fund Raising, and during his long association with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, he successfully raised incremental debt exceeding ₹72,215 crore. This comprised a diverse mix of vanilla term debt, structured obligations, securitisation, and rated money market instruments.

He has cultivated strong professional relationships across the funding ecosystem — including credit grantors, rating agencies, and risk management groups — built on a transparent operating style and superior disclosure standards.

In addition to debt fundraising, Mr. Chakrawarthy has considerable expertise in managing Business Correspondent (BC) arrangements. In his most recent assignment, he led cross-sale initiatives for a large MFI operation acting as a BC for a bank, further strengthening his reputation as a versatile leader in financial services.

With more than two decades of proven success, he continues to be recognized for his ability to combine strategic financial structuring with operational execution, making him a valuable asset to the microfinance and financial inclusion sector.
